Union Jack

This card is for my Mother-in-law. All i need to do is stamp "Happy Birthday" on to it

I have been on a bit of a knitting mission lately.
Trying to find a patern for a Union Jack bag. All the ones that I found looked
really hard, and I am not the most confident of knitters. I found the chart at www.knitrowan.com .

The pattren was for a scarf, I used the bottom part of the patern to make these purses. It was quite easy once I got the hang of carying the yarns .
The traditional coloured one I did for Sian. The other one I used up odd bits of yarn . I like them both. I am trying to make it bigger so i can knit a bag . Wish me luck.

My cards of the moment

I made this card for the kids to give to my Mum last year.

I had fun trying to knit on the cocktail sticks !!

This was also for my Mum. It is a stepper card with acetate top. These too cards are styles that i really like. The top one is for mother-in-law as she likes yellow and the bottom one is for my mum, as she likes thing to do with the garden.

I was asked by my mother-in-law to make is card for her in-law's

Golden Wedding.

JJ's Birthday

Good morning every one. Today in JJ's birthday.This is the cake that i made for him to have at his party. He was very good and did not wake us up until 8:30. We are not doing a lot this morning as he has his football party later. Know doubt he will become VERY excited as the time gets closer. After the party both the kids are going to stay a my mate for the night. I think she's a star. As her little one is coming to the party. But the older two are stay with her. I just hope that the icing on the cake want make the little one to hype !!!!!

First post

This is my first post. So here go's.

These are some of the cards that i have made lately. The second one down is for my boy Jj. He will be 8 on Saturday. The next one was for my In-Laws. I saw the idea on a TV shopping channel. But I am one of these people that can't wait for the post man to bring the goodies, so i have a go at doing it myself. i don't think it turn out to bad. And the In-Laws liked it.

Well that's about in for now. Got to go and cook tea.
